I cultivate a large vegetable garden in Moline. Eating well and healthily is the guiding principle behind all my choices.
It all started with a few vegetables in the open field and a few beehives for honey. Then, driven by curiosity, I built a small greenhouse and tried planting saffron. From there, I never stopped.
Today, I grow over a hundred species that follow the rhythm of the seasons. Every plant, every fruit, every scent tells of a deep connection with the earth and the desire to offer real, good and sustainable food.
From May to November, you can come and pick up boxes of freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. In summer, I also welcome you to the small self-service kiosk at Falesia Dimenticata.
Producing beautiful, good, healthy food that is accessible to all, grown in harmony with nature, is for me the only possible direction for the future of food. I have nourished my family with these principles and today I also nourish those who choose my products.
I am a member of Deges, a network of small producers who cultivate the land with care, respect the environment and work towards sustainability with an eye to the future.
