I am a biodynamic farmer and I practise sustainable agriculture, respecting the rhythms of the earth and the animals I raise.

I grow potatoes, vegetables and traditional white turnips, which are used to make Ciuìga. My farm was created to meet the needs of my family and continues to do so. I only sell the surplus that exceeds our needs.

I raise four dairy cows, calves, a pig, chickens and a donkey, and we process the milk in our small home dairy.

Our dream is to one day open a small shop to share the fruits of our labour with everyone, the result of care, passion and respect for this land.
