I am a baker and my artisan bakery is now in its third generation.
My family emigrated to America at the beginning of the 20th century, but later returned to Trentino, where some of my brothers bought a mill and opened a bakery. Over 70 years of history, marked by sacrifices and satisfactions, have taught us that baking bread is an art that requires passion, care and patience. Every day, we select quality ingredients and put strength and delicacy into every gesture. Our products smell of authenticity, territory and simplicity: the simplicity of things that have a history and a soul.
Among our specialities, Ciuìga bread and Trentino strudel, with apples and berries, reflect the tradition and authentic flavours of this land.
We are members of Deges, a network of small producers who cultivate the land with care, respect the environment and work towards sustainability with an eye to the future.
