I grow small fruits which I then transform into artisan jams, together with my wife Emiliana.
We follow every stage of the process: from organic cultivation in our fields to processing in the workshop.
With large pots, patience and attention, we make genuine jams, using only caster sugar, without preservatives, thickeners or colourings.
The result is products with an authentic flavour, like those made by our grandmothers, full of taste and tradition.
We are members of Deges, a network of small producers who cultivate the land with care, respect the environment and work towards sustainability with an eye to the future.
