HOW TO GET TO SAN LORENZO DORSINO

Let us guide you through your next visit to the Dolomites. Getting to San Lorenzo Dorsino is easer than you think: although we are deep in the heart of Trentino, nestling in the Brenta Dolomites, we are still really well connected. BY CAR

From the A22 motorway southbound, take the San Michele all’Adige exit and follow the signs for Mezzolombardo, then for Molveno and onto San Lorenzo Dorsino. Alternatively, from the A22 motorway northbound, exit at Trento Sud and take the SS45bis towards Riva del Garda, turning off at Sarche, and continuing onwards to San Lorenzo Dorsino. The route crosses some fabulous landscapes, through deep valleys, passing shimmering lakes, and of course the majestic Brenta Dolomites.

BY PLANE

Getting here by plane is convenient from anywhere in Italy and Europe. The airports closest to San Lorenzo Dorsino are: 

  • Verona (Valerio Catullo) – around 130 km
  • Bergamo (Orio al Serio) – about 200 km
  • Venezia (Marco Polo) – about 230 km
  • Milano (Linate e Malpensa) – 230 - 280 km
  • Bolzano (regional flights) is around 90 km. 

From these airports you can easily continue by rental car or by train and bus connections via Trento and Mezzocorona through the stunning Trentino scenery. Wherever you are, San Lorenzo Dorsino is never too far away!

BY TRAIN

You can also reach us comfortably by train, the sustainable and relaxing way to travel. The railway stations closest to San Lorenzo Dorsino are:

  • Trento, served by regional trains, Intercity, and high-speed services
  • Mezzocorona, ideal if you are coming from the north, where you can transfer onto local buses to our villages.

 The train journey will give you wonderful glimpses of the Trentino landscape, making the journey a joyous part of the experience. All aboard, next stop the Dolomites!"
