I spent five years in Dharamsala, the Indian city at the foot of the western Himalayas where the Dalai Lama lives in exile. Here I studied and practised Ayurveda with Dr Arun Sharma, known for making this ancient medicine accessible and applicable to everyday life.
I graduated as a therapist from the Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute clinic in Bhansu. Ayurveda, the science of life, promotes the holistic well-being of body, mind and spirit, based on the balance of the three Doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha – and harmony with the rhythms of nature.
In my practice, I combine traditional training with attention to the needs of contemporary life, creating personalised programmes that promote the psychophysical balance of my patients.
Each treatment is a space for listening and authentic connection, where the patient becomes an active protagonist of their own well-being. My practice aims to transform each encounter into an experience of harmony, awareness and inner rebirth.
