I am a Greeter in Dorsino.

I was born and raised here. Dorsino is the village that I hold dear to my heart. For many, I am simply Miss Monica: I taught for over forty years in primary school, and the children of San Lorenzo Dorsino still remain close to my heart.

I love travelling and walking in the mountains, especially along paths that, with their slow pace, allow for authentic encounters with people and places.

I am deeply attached to my village and my childhood memories: playing in the square, walking to the Ambiez stream, making up stories and acting them out with my friends, harvesting grapes amid smiles and the scents of autumn.

Becoming a Greeter was a natural step: I accompany those who come to discover Dorsino with the eyes of someone who has always loved it.

I describe a village that preserves traditions, nature and a genuine soul, made up of peace and authenticity.

Living here is a privilege, I feel lucky. With gratitude towards my community, I welcome visitors to share the simple beauty of our territory and the importance of sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism.
