When you arrive in Spormaggiore, you immediately realise you are in Val di Non.
Your gaze wanders among the rows of apple trees, where yellow Golden Delicious and red Gradisca apples colour the fields with light and fragrance.
Above the village, Castel Belfort stands silently guarding the area, as it has done for more than seven centuries. Its walls tell stories of knights and lost loves, such as that of Cristoforo Reifer and his beloved Orsola. But the real magic is revealed when you climb the crenellated tower: a view that changes colour with each season, from the intense green of summer to the gold of autumn.
A little further on, the heart of nature beats at Belpark, the Spormaggiore Wildlife Park. Five hectares of woodland where bears, lynxes, wolves, owls and otters live protected in their habitat. Among beech and fir trees, every encounter is an emotion, every step an experience you will remember forever.
