Mixed climbing and trekking route, which in 6 stages connects 10 peaks of the Brenta Dolomites, with the linking of the existing and re-equipped normal routes.
Attention! During the summer of 2025 the Pedrotti Refuge is completely closed to the public with no possibility of overnight stay and/or refreshment.
The route takes place in the Brenta Dolomites group from south to north, touching Cima d'Ambièz, Cima Tosa, Crozzon di Brenta, Campanile Alto, Torre di Brenta, Cima Brenta, Cima Falkner, Cima Grostè, Cima Pietra Grande, and Cima Vagliana.
The normal climbing routes to these peaks, opened over a century ago, have been re-equipped and secured by the Collegio delle Guide Alpine of Trentino and their linking through trails has given life to La Via delle Normali, offering an unforgettable experience to those who want to approach alpinism in the stone heart of the Dolomites.
The project aimed to re-equip existing belay stations, abseiling points, and protection bolts, replacing them with stainless steel resined bolts. New stations were added to reduce the length of pitches and, in the most exposed passages, new resined anchors were added.
